Refunds & cancellation

The Naked Gut eBook is digital content, not a physical object that can be sent back. At checkout you ask for the download to start immediately and confirm that you understand this ends the cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to a distance purchase. That is how consumer law treats digital content delivered at once, and it is why there is no change-of-mind return here.

In practice: once your download link has been issued and used, the purchase is final. Reading the book and then deciding it was not for you is not a ground for a refund.

If you change your mind before you have used the download link, write to nakedgut@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase. If the order shows no downloads, the sale is cancelled and refunded in full.

• The download does not work and cannot be fixed with a new link.
• The file is damaged, incomplete or not the book that was described.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The payment was not made by you.

These are your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing on this page limits them. The first step is always to write — a broken download is usually solved with a fresh link in a few minutes.

• You have downloaded and read the book and did not like it.
• You found the book cheaper elsewhere after buying it here.
• You cannot open a PDF on your device. Write instead — you will get help, and the file opens in any PDF reader, including the one already built into phones and browsers.

Send an email to nakedgut@gmail.com with the order id shown on your thank-you page or in your Stripe receipt, and a short description of the problem. You will have an answer within five working days.

An approved refund is paid back to the same card or payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

No physical products are sold on this site — only the eBook as a PDF, so there is nothing to ship back. The paperback edition is sold by Amazon, and returns for it follow Amazon’s own policy and are handled by Amazon. If physical sales are ever opened here, this page is updated before the first order.

If you are not satisfied with the answer you get, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) and, if the matter is still unresolved, the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi). If you buy as a consumer from another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
